Event Theme Metamorphosis: Finding Beauty in Change.
Event Background The two-day local conference held by AIESEC in Universitas Indonesia is a
conference where all current members and Newies of AIESEC in UI 2021
are required to attend. This event’s goals are to familiarize newies with
AIESEC, prepare them for their next journey, and encourage current
members to apply for a higher role in the next term while maintaining their
motivation for the final quarter of the term. The sessions are crafted to
develop a mindset of proactivity within the delegates and strengthen
relationships through bonding sessions.

● You are required to be present at the latest 30 minutes before the
session starts.
● You will be required to stay until the whole session ends at 10.00 AM

Format ● You will deliver a speech/presentation regarding the topic that has been
informed prior to the event and is allowed and recommended to expand
the subject to the extent of its relevance to the main topic.
● Every agenda included in the session will be conducted according to the
time allocation that has been agreed upon prior to the event.
● You are permitted to use several resources if it is needed to assist your
PowerPoint slides explanation.
● You are required to actively urge the audiences to exchange ideas so
that the session feels dynamic.
● You are allowed to choose one from two session outlines provided by
the committee.
● You are allowed to change the session outline to fit your needs, as long
as it does not exceed the 45 minutes session limit.

Features pictures, working models can all be included in your presentation.
● You are allowed to ask for a screenplay of videos if needed.
Important Notes ● You are not allowed to utilize the presentation and question and
answers time allocation to give away quizzes, gifts, or any other
unconstructive activities unless you have been allowed by the
organizing committee beforehand.
● The sessions will begin and end on time to ensure the continuity of
the whole event.
● The audiences look forward to being inspired by the session that is
delivered by you. You are expected to deliver the topic according to
the agreement with the organizing committee.
● The MC can ask you to accelerate the elaboration of the topic and
remind you if there’s little or no time left at all.
● The organizing committee will give a sign indicating the time of
presentation is up.
● The MC will end the session even if the whole topic has not been
delivered.
 ● Subjects you deliver must be non-confidential to avoid violating the
code of conduct and/or other laws regarding the company’s secrecy.
● The additional presentation that you show and deliver will also be
given to the audiences.
● The content of the material is entirely your responsibility.
The material in the form of PowerPoint slides (soft copy) must be sent
and ready to use for the organizing committee at the latest on October,
18, 2022 through email: kelisiana.gultom@aiesec.net
Additional Notes ● Additional term related subjects and topics required to be delivered will
be informed by the Committee at the latest 3 (three) days before the
event.
