Format ● You will deliver a speech/presentation regarding the topic that has been
informed prior to the event and is allowed and recommended to expand
the subject to the extent of its relevance to the main topic.
● Every agenda included in the session will be conducted according to the
time allocation that has been agreed upon prior to the event.
● You are permitted to use several resources if it is needed to assist your
PowerPoint slides explanation.
● You are required to actively urge the audiences to exchange ideas so
that the session feels dynamic.
● You are allowed to choose one from two session outlines provided by
the committee.
● You are allowed to change the session outline to fit your needs, as long
as it does not exceed the 45 minutes session limit.
