Leadup C-Suite - a journey for Senior Leaders

The initiation of this high impact journey is planned in July 2023. Below are the building
blocks for reference (indicative view) :

Assessment (July’ 23) :

● The assessment would include

○ Statement of purpose
○ Linkedin profile submission
○ Career pathing session

Master class (Aug’ 23) : International Coaches

● Master class by Nitya Shanti on self leadership.

○ Challenges the mental models, self beliefs and the limiting self view that
comes in the way of a strong C Suite presence.
○ Two Online session
○ Duration of one session would be 90 -120 minutes over weekend

Table of 5 (Sept’ 23) : Leadership cafe - round table discussion with a CXO leader in
small group

● Led by the board members and industry leaders.

● In person discussion - calendar blocked a month prior to the date.
● Locations - Gurgaon , Mumbai , Hyderabad.
● Duration 90 -120 minutes.

Master class (Oct’ 23) : Conducted by international gurus

● Executive presence - Shital Kakkar Mehra (Global Coach)

● A Hybrid Session each session lasting for 90 -120 minutes over weekend
● Two sessions - includes discussions, frameworks & practices

● A Hybrid session, each lasting for 90 - 120 minutes over weekend
● Two sessions - includes practical application and case led discussion

Offsite (Jan’ 23) : An enriching Off-site, “in the lap of the master”

● Mastering the art of C Suite play

● Personal mastery
○ Working frameworks and action planning for being a successful senior leader
○ Peer-learning, diverse group from across industries
● Case led discussions, group workout sessions, reflection exercise and networking
● Dissertation projects to be discussed during the Offsite

Duration: 2 days and 1 night

• Time: 10am day-one registration and closing on day two at 6pm
• Venue: venue details shall be shared in time

Dissertation Assessment (Mar’ 23) :

● The project will be evaluated by the learning board comprising of industry luminaries.
● Post which the C-Suite certificate will be awarded by Leadup Universe (Asia’s leading
career accelerator for aspiring CXOs).

Enrolment fee: INR 400,000 | Happy to extend the preferential fee of INR 250,000 per
subscription.
