Aquilion Multi - Error in MUDAT, Abnormal XC status

Phenomenon
The system stopped scanning mid patient with the messages "Abnormal XC status" (figure 1) and
"Error in MUDAT" (figure 2) being displayed in the S-con monitor.

Observations and interventions

The message of figure 3 was also displayed at some occasion.
Figure 3 XC is in LOCAL mode

The internal laser lights (on the rotation frame) did not operate. The external lasers work normally. The
detector temperature controller was OK however there were no LEDs lit on the OPCONTM.
The 24V supply from PS 752 was good but the 5V from PS 750 was missing.

Solution
Replacement of PS750.
