VI. GENERAL SERVICES Guidelines

A. Waste Management and Sanitation

1. All delegates must be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of

the conference site. As one community, please encourage others as well.

2. Observe proper waste segregation. Each household/chapter must take

responsibility in segregating their own trash to biodegradable, recyclable, and
non-biodegradable. Designated trash bins with signages will be located around the
ICON venue.

B. Security

1. Delegates will be provided with Stickets.

2. All delegates should wear their SFC ID with Stickets when entering and while inside
the conference venue.

3. Be responsible and accountable for personal belongings especially the valuables.

4. Just like in the past conferences, strict compliance with these rules within the
conference venue and accommodation areas should be observed at all times:
a. NO ID with STICKETS NO ENTRY
b. NO SMOKING
c. NO DRINKING OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
d. NO BRINGING OF ANY DEADLY WEAPONS
e. NO LOITERING IN THE PROHIBITED AREAS

5. There will be hired security personnel to help secure the area and to ensure strict
compliance of all delegates to the conference’s general guidelines. The Balanga
City Police personnel were requested to help secure the over-all conference
venue.

C. Parking/Traffic

1. NO CARPASS, NO ENTRY and NO PARKING. For those who will be bringing their
vehicles, kindly print attached (i) car pass.
2. Be guided with the (ii) Parking Area Map for FREE parking spaces around Bataan
Peoples Center.
3. Follow the (iii) Traffic Scheme for an orderly entry and exit on the venue. Traffic
personnel are available to guide and assist us to our designated parking areas.
4. Parking areas will be provided for vehicles of suppliers (e.g., sound system, food
supplier, priest, VIP’s, guest, etc.)
5. There will be official Traffic Marshalls to ensure Traffic order.

D. Medical Mission Reminders

1. During the conference, there will be doctors and nurses available to attend to
delegates; medicines will also be provided for any emergency cases (e.g. injuries,
wounds, dizziness, etc).
2. In case of Emergency Cases, you can contact the City Peace and Order Office
Hotline numbers:

3. For those with special health problems (e.g., asthma, diabetes, hypertension,
vertigo, allergy), please ensure to bring your own medicine.

4. Please bring the following suggested basic medicines for travelling:

● Biogesic
● Anti-histamine
● Fluimucil
● Diatabs
● Mefenamic Acid
● Bonamine

5. If you have a history of syncope (fainting), bring white flower and hard candy. If
you have a history of hyperventilation, bring brown bag.

6. Event is not liable for any health conditions including hospitalization caused by
negligence of the participants.

7. For medical assistance, you can look for our medical booth stationed within the
ICON venue.

NOTE: General Services stations will be made

accessible at the conference venue.
