organisation and controls including the criteria for selection, evaluation and revaluation of
vendors based on their ability to supply products in accordance with the Project
requirements, and describes the Quality Assurance requirements of vendor supplied products.

Purchasing Information

The Procurement Plan and subordinate procedures ensure that purchases are made from
approved suppliers and that purchased products are conforming to the specified requirements.

Verification of Purchase Product

AL-RAKHEES Procedure for Inspection and Testing, and control of Non-Conforming

Products describes how the supplied products are inspected and tested at various stages
from design, inclusion of raw materials, receipt of product, and describes the identification and
control of non-conforming product.
