suitability and effectiveness of the Quality Management System and for evaluate for
continuous improvement. Analysis of data is performed to ensure:

 Customer satisfaction.

 Conformity to product requirements. All product and services must undergo and
pass the Inspection and testing procedure in order to assure that it conforms to the
specification requirements.

 Performance reviews of Subcontractor and nominated supplier was reflected to the

tabulated Key Performance Indicator Report. The KPI Report and Index is usually
incorporated to the Quality Monthly Report submitted and reviewed before the end of
each month. Comparison of the actual data figure to the target data will gave an
insight review on the performance of every subcontractors and suppliers.
