Proceed to Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD) if the visit intends to transact school related business. If the visitor is only accompanying their children, follow step 7. 5. Fill-in contact tracing log sheet. 6. PACD will direct the visitor on how to proceed to the intended transaction by calling the attention of the concerned personnel through hand held radio. 7. Proceed to classroom/ office following the designated route. 8. Avoid making conversation with others in close contact (less than 1 meter). 9. No borrowing of materials (ball pen and others). 10. Other protocols maybe added by the adviser/ office in-charge.
During Arrival (Riding Privately-owned vehicle):
1. Get off from the vehicle (including passengers and driver)
2. Temperature checking upon arrival at the gate. 3. Wash your hands either by alcohol or by using the hand washing facility at the gate. 4. Submit filled up health monitoring form on the assigned personnel at the gate. 5. Park at the designated parking area for visitors 6. Proceed to Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD) if the visit intends to transact school related business. If the visitor is only accompanying their children, follow step 8. 7. During dismissal:
1. Proceed to the designated exit gate.
2. If driving a privately-owned vehicle, please use the exit gate at the New Visayas road following the route inside the campus. 3. All walking school goers, please exit at the gate near the overpass.
