We, the senior high school STEM 12 - Ecclesiastes students would like to ask
for your permission to grant us the freedom to conduct a survey among the
selected students of this class about our research study entitled “Dried Mango
(Magnifera indica) leaves as Pin Board.”

The survey will only took 5 to 10 minutes. Rest assured that the data gathered
