Note:
1. Income Tax will be deducted at source on your remuneration as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act.
2. You will be entitled to receive Individual Performance Linked Variable Pay on assessment of your performance as
evaluated by your superior. It will be on pro-rata basis for the first financial year depending upon your date of joining. The
design and disbursement of the said individual performance linked variable pay is at the discretion of the Management and
subject to review from time to time.

3. As and when you are being considered for absorption on the regular rolls of the Organization, your remuneration shall be
suitably restructured in alignment with the correponding Band structure by protecting your monthly gross salary.

* Hospitalization / Mediclaim Insurance:In addition to the Company's contribution towards the said Scheme as mentioned
above, there will be deduction from your remuneration @ Rs.15,847/- per annum (financial year) and the same will be
deducted in four equal instalments. The deduction will be Rs.3,962/- per month for four months or on prorata thereof as per
your date of joining. It is in accordance with the ongoing Mediclaim Policy and the same is subject to revision for the
respective financial years as per the negotiated terms with the service provider. It is binding on all employees.
