Jan’z Family Apparel structure
Bathroom -is an place where employees and customers can do their other necessity
such as redoing their make-up, urinating or going to the toilet to do their other stuff
to feel the comfort.
Dressing Room- a place where customers mostly families can try on the clothing
products that they have chosen or order so they can after proceed to the payment
center which is the office area.
Sewing Area- a place where the products and orders are undergoing all the sewing
process.
Cutting Area- the place where all the cutting process of the fabrics and patterns of
the products are done before the sewing process.
Storage Room are the place where all the sewing tools materials and other
miscellaneous such as different kinds of fabric and as well as where all the finished
product and orders are being kept.
Receiving or Waiting Area- a place where all the customers mostly families can
received the item they have chosen or ordered. Also it is the place where a customer
is given a service number and they can wait for their turn and can either proceed to
the receiving area for their ordered products if they have ordered something or after
their service number have been recall and they can proceed to the office so they can
take their measures.
Finishing Area a place where all the finish products and orders are being thoroughly
checked for the Quality Control and Packaging.
Office and Planning Area– a place where a customers can plan and take their
necessary measures for the product they have chosen to order. It is also a place
where the customers can do their payment process after trying the products if it fits
them in the dressing room. The office is very strict to have a policy that a customer
we’ll be thoroughly checked and should have a receipt being presented to the
security guard for the items they have ordered before they can leave the premises or
a services number that they can present to be a proof that they have appointment in
the place.
