Food
Adobo - adobo is refers to the process of marinating raw protein in
vinegar, spices, and aromatics including pimentón, fresh garlic, and bay
leaves.
Lumpia - rolls traditionally feature a thin pastry and are often stuffed
with a savory mixture of ground pork and vegetables.
Sinigang - is a Filipino soup or stew characterized by its sour and
savory taste. It is most often associated with tamarind.

Rituals
Penance - a ritual performed by some people who want to repent for
their sins, do it as an act of sacrifice for the welfare of their families.
Albularyo - they possessed the power to communicate with spirits in
nature, aiding them in influencing the weather, healing the sick, and
protecting against curses.

Faith/Religion
Catholic - means 'universal,' and from the earliest days following the
Church's founding, it has pressed to be the universal faith of humanity.
Iglesia ni Cristo - unitarian and non-Trinitarian in theology, holding
that Jesus Christ is God's chosen son but is not himself God.

Customs
Pagmamano - "honoring-gesture" used in Filipino culture performed as
a sign of respect to elders and as a way of requesting a blessing from the
elder.
Po and opo - Filipinos are using to show their respect when talking to
elders and/or to someone that they respect
