1. What is/are the conflict/s present in the scenario?
 Johnny has high self esteem that he thinks are always right and not
wrong. He not accept the opinion of the people that under him
because he considered them inexperienced. He thought he was right
all the time
2. What are the sources of conflict in the scenario?
 The sources of conflict in the scenario are he did no accept the
opinion of people under him he did not accept there opinion because
there have no experience. The junior employees are always hesitant
their opinion during the meetings.
3. Explain how johnny tried to resolve the conflict?
 The conflict solution is Johnny needs to know that committing or
accepting mistakes is better than avoiding and insisting
4. List down the negative effects that might result in the above situation and
explain why?
 For me the negative impacts that might result is they end up quitting
as they feel zero chance of growth within the company and feel
overwhelmed because of presence and attitude. Because the
negative effects expected to adversely affective the status under past
and present.
5. What approach/es can be applied to resolve the conflict?
 Don’t ignore the conflict if that someone have idea or opinion give
them time to speak. Identify the solution is you have had chance to
discuss to discuss the situation and time to identify the satisfactory
