CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF PIPES AND FITTINGS:

MWE/WSDF-N/SUPLS/13-14/00025

The Ministry of Water & Environment under Water and Sanitation Development
Facility-North through Northern Umbrella of water and sanitation requested for
bids through Request for Quotation bidding process after securing all the
necessary approvals. The Bids were received, evaluated and Contracts Committee
at its meeting held on 15th July, 2014 considered and awarded the tender to M/S
Mulstar Technical Services for Supply of Pipes and Fittings and awarded at a
sum of UGX: 71,420,000= (Seventy One Million Four Hundred Twenty
Thousand Uganda Shillings) Inclusive of Taxes

Minutes of the Contracts Committee are attached for reference.

The purpose of this letter therefore is to forward to you the draft contracts for your
opinion and clearance whether the Ministry should enter into the contractual
obligations with the Provider under the stated terms and conditions.
