- The Cyclone Freddy Struck the South African Nation on 21 February to 27
February and is known to be one of the most dangerous cyclone ever recorded in
Southern Hemisphere.
- It struck several countries such as Mozambique and Madagascar but also
affecting some countries near it such as Southern Malawi and Zimbabwe.
What caused Cyclone Freddy
Cyclone Freddy first appeared on Nothern Coast of Australia. It was formed by
heavy rains and strong winds at speed of 155 km/hour and sea gust measuring 220
km/hour.
