On February 24, 2023 you were directed to remove all heating appliances from
this site, cease and desist all open burns, remove all trash and debris from the
site, and deconstruct and remove the shower structure from the site no later
than 9am on March 3, 2023. Subsequent inspections by city staff revealed that
another permanent structure is being constructed on the site, and there
continues to be evidence of open burn and heating equipment in and around
several tents.

GIVEN THE SERIOUS HEALTH AND SAFETY CONDITIONS

THAT PERSISTS AT THIS SITE EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS
WARNINGS, YOU MUST VACATE THESE PREMISES AND
REMOVE ALL YOUR BELONGINGS FROM THIS SITE. ALL
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND WILL BE REMOVED 72 HOURS AFTER
THE DATE AND TIME POSTED ABOVE.
