I am writing to express my keen interest to apply for the Analyst position at Deloitte USI. I came to
know across this position through the Office of Career Services portal of IIT Delhi. Currently, I am
pursuing M.Tech in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental engineering from IIT Delhi for the year 2021-
2023 and have managed to top in my class with a CGPA of 9.111. I have completed my B.Tech in Civil
Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur and received silver medal with a
CGPA of 9.24. I believe that my passion for solving problems and interest in technology makes me a
suitable candidate for this position.
I have taken various position of responsibility during the B.Tech as well as M.Tech tenure. I am
currently the PG Nucleus Co-Ordinator of Office of Career Services, IIT Delhi and my current role is
to manage and facilitate various companies on the campus for placement purposes. I was also the part
of various extra-curricular activities at IIT Delhi like GRIP(Grass Roots Innovation Program) aimed at
identifying the problems of rural and sub-urban areas and ensuring the rural women launch their careers
in the modern workforce. I was also the Technical Secretary of C-SOC (Society of Civil Engineering)
and was responsible for various technical activities at the institute level at NIT Hamirpur. I was also the
part of Hostel Committee at NIT Hamirpur and my role was to organise various sports activities at
hostel level.
I have done various certification courses in MATLAB, Python and Applied Data Science with Python,
MS Office from Mathworks and Coursera and have developed the understanding of the same which
will be beneficial for my role at the company.
In all of my previous positions, I have interacted with the clients and persons responsible for providing
the amenities for the related projects. I have been part of the Career-Fest Pravriti organised by OCS at
IIT Delhi, which was responsible for managing the various companies on campus for placement and
internships for students and through this I got to know about the client management.
I am looking forward to contributing my skills and experience to the Analyst position at Deloitte and
hope to have the opportunity to meet the companies requirement with firm’s success.
