    Q2. What are the indirect costs of unethical business practices?

    The ethical business practices definition encompasses anything that falls below minimum

    standards for business code of conduct. The unethical tax encompasses all the costs that result

    from a lack of ethical oversight or conduct.

    Discuss two (2) of such costs

     Both fines and payments resulting from class action suits.

     Increased management costs

     Employee turnover.
