A. RESPONSIBILITY
The work of a teacher in the development and guidance of
the youth is a tremendous responsibility for which he is
accountable to God, to his country and to his community. It is a
trust of which every teacher would strive to be worthy, a teacher
who uses his position for an unworthy purpose betrays that trust.
B. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
It behooves every teacher to assume and maintain a
professional attitude to his work in dealing with his associates in
the profession. It should be his self-imposed duty to constantly
improve himself professionally.
C. CRITICISM
When necessary should he clearly reflected friendly
motivation and sincere desire to uphold the standard and dignity
of the profession. In dealing with pupils or students, the teacher
should ever strive to professionally correct, friendly and
sympathetic.
D. INTEGRITY
Since the teacher’s work is not confine merely to
development of certain fundamental skills and abilities
encompassed by the teacher of desirable character. His manner of
living should provide a worthy example for his pupils and
students to emulate. For the fellow teacher to be proud and for the
community to fell as being enriched by it.
