From the above data, 100% of the employees are in the opinion that giving motivation
helps them to improve their efficiency and none of the employees were in the opinion that
giving them motivation not helps them to increase their efficiency.

INTERPRETATION

From the above data, 86% of the employees are in the opinion that financial incentives are
the best type of influence that helps them to motivate, 14% of the employees are of the
opinion that the best type of influence are non financial and none of the employees are in
the opinion that both of them are the best influence to motivate them to work harder.

From the above data, 52% of the employees were on the opinion that motivation influences
their willingness to perform better, 40% of the employees were on the opinion that
motivation highly influences them to perform harder and 8% of the employees were on the
opinion that motivation doesn’t influence them in any way.

INTERPRETATION

From the above data, 88% of the employees were on the opinion that motivation improves
the productivity of the organization, 12% of the employees were on the opinion that
motivation only helps to increase productivity of an organization moderately and none of
the employees were on the opinion that motivation doesn’t increase the productivity of an
organization.

From the above data, 84% of the employees were on the opinion that there are chances for
them to avail for promotion, 16% of the employees were on the opinion that sometimes
there are chances for them to avail for promotion and none of the employees were on the

From the above data, 60% of the employees were on the opinion that they are highly
satisfied with their salary package, 10% were on the opinion that they are satisfied with
their salary package, 30% of the employees were on the opinion that they are moderately
satisfied with their salary package and none of the employees were on the opinion that
they are dissatisfied with their salary package.

employers by reducing labour absenteeism to a great extent and 76% of the employees

working pattern motivates them totally, 18% of the employees were on the opinion that

involves the employees of the organization in decision making process, 30% of the

From the above data, 50% of the employees were on the opinion that the non-beneficial
factor that motivates them the most is `recognition’, 30% of the employees were on the
opinion that the non beneficial factor that motivates them the most is `participation, 10% of
the employees were on the opinion that it is `status’ and the other 10% is on the opinion
that it is `job rotation’.

From the above data, 80% of the employees agree that the job satisfaction retains an
employee in an organization, 20% of the employees were on the opinion that they strongly
disagree that job satisfaction is what retains an employee in the organization while none of

From the above data, 78% of the employees were on the opinion that labour turnover
affects the overall performance of the organization greatly, 22% of the employees were on
the opinion that the labour turnover doesn’t affects the overall performance of the

From the data, 80% of the employees were on the opinion that the company work schedule
is sometimes affected by the employee absenteeism and labour turnover, 20% of the
employees were on the opinion that the company work schedule is always affected by the

opinion that the work schedule of the company is rarely affected by the organization.

From the above data, 82% of the employees were on the opinion that high employee
turnover and labour absenteeism gives the organization a poor image while 18% of the
employees of the organization were on the opinion that the high labour turnover and
labour absenteeism does not give the organization a poor image.
