RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

RESEARCH:
Research is the systematic investigation and study of materials and sources in order to establish
facts and reach new conclusions.
RESEARCH DESIGN:
A research design is the set of methods and procedures used in collecting and analysing measures
of the variables specified in research problem . The design of a study defines the descriptive type . A
research design is a framework that has been created to find answers to research questions.
DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH:
Descriptive research includes surveys and fact-finding enquiry of different kinds.
The main characteristics of these methods are the researcher has no control over the variables . He
can only report what has happened and what is happening.
DATA COLLECTION METHODS:
 Primary data
 Secondary data
RESEARCH APPROACH:
The method which is adopted to collect the primary data is “research approach” The two methods
available are observation & survey method.
Here researcher has adopted direct contact method in this the researchers goes to the respondents with
questionnaire , clarify any doubts raised by the respondents and note the respondents .

The above chart indicates that less training programs are held in the
organization.
 

RECOMM ENDATIONS

AND

SUGGESTIONS  
 

On the basis of survey through questionnaire, I hereby humbly propose my recommendation to carry out further

improvement in existing training and development activities in DALMIA BHARATH CEMENT Ltd.

Efforts for making training and development formats user friendly should be kept continued. 
CONCLUSION
This study was a learning experience for me and I came to know the training and development programs in Dalmia
cement Bharath Ltd was positive in response but still more training and development is needed in Dalmia so that the
employees are motivated time by time and they should know their strength & weakness so that they can work on it &
improve their knowledge & skills for the betterment of their organization.

In the last but not the least I conclude that all the training and development programs of company are highly effective &
beneficial to the employees in giving their best contribution to their personal growth & development as well to meet the
organizational objective.
