a. Base from the table, can you conclude that most of the employees stay long in the company? Justify.
No. This table alone is not conclusive of the data being asked. What we can conclude though if we look at the table,
the total number of employees who are within the 1 st 5 year in service seems to be trimmed down to half compared
to those who have passed the 10-year mark. We have to take into consideration that a lot of employees are within
the probationary period especially during the 6-10-year group.

Based on the frequency data shown in the last 4 tables, the organization’s cultural strength is involvement as it is the
category showing the highest value, mean wise (3.4980). Followed by mission with a mean of (3.4292), adaptability
(3.4090) and consistency (2.9974).

12. Which aspect of organizational culture should the company give attention to? Justify.
The category that needs work on in the organization is consistency, as it is the one showing the lowest mean score of
2.9974.
