OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The objectives of the proposed study “Overall HR Practices of IFortis Worldwide.” are as follow:

 To evaluate the performance appraisal system of IFortis Worldwide.


 To analyze compensation practice of IFortis Worldwide.
 To evaluate the theoretical framework of training and development policy of IFortis
Worldwide.
 To study the training policy of IFortis Worldwide.

METHODOLOGY OF THE REPORT

In order to contract the report, I have collected necessary information from two sources

 Secondary Sources of Information

Primary Sources of Information: The primary data collected from the following sources:

 Telephone discussion
 Oral interview of the responsible officers

Secondary Sources of Information: The secondary data collected from the following sources.

 Various documents of IFortis Worldwide

SCOPE OF THE REPORT


The report deals with the HRM practice including HRP, recruitment and selection process, training
& development process, compensation management, employee relation &separation, etc. in terms
of theoretical point of view and the practical use. The study will allow learning about the HRM
issues, importance, modern techniques and models used to make it more efficient. The study will
help to learn the practical procedures followed by the leading organizations. Moreover, the study
will help to differentiate between the practice and the theories that direct to realize how the
organization can improve their HRM practice & process.

INTERPRETATION :

The above data shows that 47% of the respondents feel their performance is above average; 33% of
the respondents feel their performance is average; 17% of the respondents feel their performance is
excellent ; 3% of the respondents feel their performance is poor.

INTERPRETATION :
Commitment and Quality of work are the 2 most important factor that affect the performance of a
person with in the organization according to the survey.
