INTERPRETATION
From the above table and graph shows that 70% of the respondents are male and 30% are
female.
Majority of the respondents are male.

INTERPRETATIONS
From the above graph shows that 40% of respondents are in the age group of 30 – 40, 30%
of respondents are in the age group of 40 – 50 , 20% of respondents are in the age group of 21
– 30 and 10% of respondents are in the age group of above 50 and also no respondents in the
age group of below 21.

Majority of the respondents are in the age group of 30 – 40.

INTERPRETATION
From the above graph shows that 40% of respondents are working in this organisation is 5 –
10 years , 20% of respondents are working in this organisation is 10 – 15 years, and also 20%
of respondents are working in this organisation is below 5 years.

Majority of the respondents are working in this organisation is 5 – 10 years.

INTERPRETATION

From the above graph shows that 40% of the respondents says that feel about their workload
is normal, 30% of respondents says that feel about their workload is average and other 30%
of respondents says that feel about their workload is moderate.

Majority of the respondents says that their workload is normal.

INTERPRETATION

From the table and graph shows that 26% of respondents says that satisfaction about welfare
activities are highly satisfied, 36% of respondents says that satisfaction about welfare
activities are satisfied, 18% of respondents says that satisfaction about welfare activities are
neutral, 14% of respondents says that satisfaction about welfare activities are dissatisfied,6%
of respondents says that satisfaction about welfare activities are highly dissatisfied.

Majority of the respondents are satisfied with welfare activities of the company.

INTERPRETATION

From the above graph shows that 40% of respondents no: of days of leave taken by in a
month is less than 2 days, 40% of respondents no: of days of leave taken by in a month is 2-5
days, 10% of respondents no: of days of leave taken by in a month is 5-7 days,10% of
respondents no: of days of leave taken by in a month is more than 7 days.

Majority of the respondents are less than 2 days or 2-5 days of leave taken in a month.

INTERPRETATION

From the above table and graph shows that 40% of respondents are satisfied with employee-
employer relationship, 20% of respondents are highly satisfied with employee- employer
relationship, 36% of respondents says that employee- employer relationship are neutral, 4%
of respondents are dissatisfied with employee – employer relationship.

Majority of respondents are satisfied with the employee – employer relationship.

From the above graph shows that 74% of respondents are the major reason for absenteeism is
others, 20% of respondents are the major reason for absenteeism is sickness, 6% of
respondents are the major reason for absenteeism is family problem.

Majority of respondents says that major reason for absenteeism is others.

The above graph shows that 44% of respondents says that they are satisfied with the level of
security, 36% of respondents says that level of security is neutral , 20% of respondents says
that they are highly satisfied with the level of security.

INTERPRETATION
From the above graph shows that 38% of respondents says that encouragement and appreciation
is to control absenteeism,24% of respondents says that incentives /wage hike is to control
absenteeism,16% of respondents says that change in work condition is to control
absenteeism.Majority of respondents opinion that encouragement and appreciation is to control
absenteeism.

INTERPRETATION

In this test the calculated value is greater than the table value, so we reject the H0 that there is no
significant relationship between Age and No of days of leave taken in a month. Here we accept
the H1 that there is significant relationship between Age and No of days of leave taken in a
month.Thus, the project (H0) rejected H1 is accepted. There is significant relationship between
Age and No of days of leave taken in a month.
