Handover documents

1) to submit warranty letter by Supplier for 3M reflective sticker on signage. Supplier Boon Seng informed will be
ready by 15-03-2023

2) Draft Design guarantee & guarantee bond is ready for submission.

3) Letter of undertaking on defects to accompany with the above documents is ready

EoT No.12 for slope failure

1) Minsar ‘s assessment of the EOT and our Work Programme & Time slice analysis had been submitted last
week.

2) JKR Samarahan had agreed and recommended to HQ EoT of 224 days from 10th June 2022.

3) Was informed by JKR that the EoT Committee will sit in the next 30 days.

OTHER MATTERS

1) Met up with JKR ARE and will confirm further on the final payment is RM1,487,085.39, which included the
recoupment of imposed RM600,000 LAD

2) Available fund in JKR is RM900,000.00. Will follow on EOT so that the final payment excludes LAD.

3) RSA Closing meeting done last week and RSA will send ‘Decision of meeting’.

4) JKR Samarahan had spoken to YB Aidel that a culvert is proposed to be constructed at CH1+500 as a mitigation
measure using the contract cost saving of RM1.4 million and out of our Contract.

1) On JKR Kapit scheduled meeting on 02-03-2023 in Kapit to discuss Work Programme with completion in 9
months – was informed to write in and explain on 9 months duration – STATUS QUO

2) Landstar informed will only carry out rectification work on SNW2 until complete and will seek assistance from
JKR head to not carry out rectification on SNW1 & 3 – STATUS QUO

3) Confirmation & Signing of Supplementary Agreement to be put on hold, PVITO No.8 to be discussed and re-
scoped to exclude the BQ quantities of SNW1 & 3 – STATUS QUO

1) Work progress hampered by bad weather.

2) Harum Unimas will continue with site clearing for platform and installation of temporary
jetty/wharf this week.

3) 1 no. of Leadcon excavator will start with site clearing towards CH3+500 from today.

4) Spun piling at BS1 Abutment B will continue for the remaining 3 nos.this week when the
MS collars for pile jointing arrives.
