1 Overview

FOREWORD
We are excited to present this Women Empowerment event
proposal to you! This event is designed to bring together women
entrepreneurs working in the impact sector and provide them
with an opportunity to develop new skills, network, and present
their pitch to the esteemed accelerator, India Accelerator. Our
goal is to provide access to information and knowledge to these
budding entrepreneurs and give an opportunity to the top 10
selected entrepreneurs to present their 2 mins - pitch. The three
finalists will be on-boarded by the India Accelerator for
mentoring and funding support.

This event is supported by VAMNICOM, an institution under the

aegis of the Ministry of Cooperation, Govt of India. We also
believe that events like this can help to foster collaboration and
understanding between different organizations in the
ecosystem. We hope that this event will be a step towards
enabling empowerment for women entrepreneurs.

We are committed to providing a positive and engaging

experience for all participants. Our team is dedicated to creating
an event that is inclusive and respectful of all different
backgrounds, cultures, and ideas. We look forward to creating a
space that is safe and welcoming as we explore the topics and
activities that will make this event unique, memorable, and
impactful.

BACKGROUND
Global Synergizers is a social impact advisory working with the
stakeholders in the ecosystem to drive deeper wider sustainable
impact. It’s a women-led organization and understands the
challenges faced by a woman founder on the personal and
professional fronts. As we talk about equality for women, there is
a need for more ‘equity’. As an organization, we understand this.

Knowledge Dissemination
Through a day long program, we plan to
provide insights on topics relevant to
women founders for their personal and
business growth.

Pitch Competition
An opportunity to participate in a pitch
competition. The top 10 pitch selected
from the applications will get an
opportunity to deliver 2-mins pitch to
representatives of India Accelerator on the
day of the event. The top 3 finalist will be
onboarded by India Accelerator

Exhibit
Few selected women entrepreneurs/SHGs
will get a chance to exhibit their products
at the event.
3 Pitch Criteria
What we are looking for:
We are interested in hearing
from companies based in India
that are women-founded/led
businesses and that are
developing solutions to
problems, offering new
services, or launching new
platforms with a focus on
impact innovation and/or
sustainability. With at least one
product on the market,
customers, and revenue,
indicating an early and growth
stage. An SDG-focused tech
company with international
expansion potential.

Definition of women
founded/led businesses:
Businesses that are founded
by a woman or have at least
one woman within the
management team.
