About 3 years ago I worked in a company and I was one of the best workers, I didn’t have to make much effort, but I used to get a lot of money as part of my salary. With that money I was able to do everything, but I didn’t know how to manage my money and I used to spend it on clothes and a lot of fun, now that I am in a different situation and environment, I regret having done it because I could have invested or used that money wisely. Let me explain you the main reasons why I got to that point. First, there were a lot of fashionable and trending clothes, so me and my friends couldn't resist going shopping almost every weekend. We spent a lot of money on jeans, shirts, and skirts. Once, we spent all our salary in a shopping mall, it was as far as I could have gone. I think I shouldn't have done that, now I would have had money to buy really necessary things. I should have saved and bought only what was necessary, that money was supposed to be from my effort and I should have valued it. Second, we went out with friends to have fun everywhere like we went shopping. traveling was one of the things that we had to do every end of the month or prepare parties with friends where we spent a lot of money. for example, once we hired an orchestra for our party. Now I regret all that, I could have spent that money on homeless people or invested it in some business. I might have used that money wisely, but I didn't. Finally, I realized what I was doing when I had financial needs after losing my job. I was supposed to work in the company for a long time, but they closed it due to financial problems, so I ran out of income and began to experience the need for money. I realized that I should have saved that money, I must have thought that one day I was going to lose my job or I should have created an emergency fund for situations like that. If I had, I may not have had a problem after losing my job. To conclude, I think it was not the right way to manage my money, people think they would save instead of spending it that way and they are right. Being already in this situation the correct thing would be not to repeat those mistakes. Now, I must be very careful in these aspects, I should invest a part of my income, so don’t have to suffer from lack of money anymore.
