CONNETORS

Definition
One definition says that Connectors - also called conjunctive words - are
words that link two similar elements in a sentence.
Another one says that Connectors are expressions and they are words or
phrases linking the writer’s thoughts so as to present a cohesive and cogent
communication
Something is clear that connector are used to give a understandable
sentence and to link ideas.

These are some of the conector; but, however, nonetheless, nevertheless,
yet, still, instead, on the contrary.
Causal connectors
Because, for, because of, since, as due to and owing to.
Comparative connectors
As, as…as, not as… as, as though, as if, than.
Concessive Connectors
 Although, even though, even if, not even if, despite, regardless of.
Inclusive connectors
Therefore, hence, thus, so and consequently.
Conditional connectors
If, whether, unless, provided, providing, as long as and in case.
Continuous connectors
Then, moreover, further more, besides and in addition to.
Those are just some of the types of connectors that exist.
Why are Connectors are important?
These words, which are meaningless by themselves, are used to express a
coherence relation between two coordinated phrases trying to express
something or a main and a subordinate phrase. It goes without saying that
connectors in English are very important when we communicate with other
people, and without them it would be impossible to make sense of many of
the ideas we try to express in words.
