1 The Petitioners No.1 & 2 humbly submit that the Police have arrested the
Petitioners No.1&2 and produced them before this Hon’ble Court and this Hon’ble
Court pleased to remand the Petitioners No.1 &2 on 28-06-2021 and sent them to
judicial remand.

2. The Petitioners No.1&2 humbly submit that in the above said case the Police
have falsely implicated the Petitioners/Accused No.1 & 2 for the alleged offence
U/s : 353,R/W 34 of IPC. The Petitioners No.1&2 humbly submit that the Police
official were in civil dress and obstructed the Petitioner/Accused No.1 from the
back by hitting him on his shoulder, and questioned him about the mask, and also
snatched away the mobile and vehicle key of the Petitioner/Accused No.1. The
Petitioners No.1&2 were shocked about the attitude of those persons, then on
enquiry the Petitioners No.1&2 came to know that they are police officials who
were in civil dress.
3. The Petitioners No.1&2 here in humbly submit that in the above said case the
police examined all witnesses in support of their case and the investigation is
completed and The Petitioners No.1&2 are ready to abide with the terms and
conditions imposed by this Hon’ble Court.

4. The Petitioners No.1&2 herein humbly submit that they belong to a poor family
and they are the only earning members of their family and their continuous judicial
remand would affect their families with starvation and cause hardship and mental
agony to The Petitioners No.1&2 and their family.

5. The Petitioners No.1&2 here in humbly submit that they are ready to furnish
sureties to the satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court.

6. It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to enlarge the
petitioners/accused No.1&2 on bail in the interest of Justice.
