1. INTRODUCTION
a. Pengantar / Introdcution
Work metode ini dibuat sebagai salah satu persyaratan administrasi yang harus
diajukan sebelum melakukan pekerjaan di area kerja PT. Unilever Oleo Chemical
Indonesia Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Sei Mangke – Simalungun khususnya pada project
Marvel II. Yang mana bertujuan untuk menilai pekerjaan dari sisi SHE, Qualitas,
Quantitas, dan Efisiensi waktu kerja sehingga dari metode kerja yang dilampirkan dapat
disimpulkan pekerjaan ini layak atau tidak untuk dilaksanakan.
This method statement was made as one of the administrative requirements that must be
submitted before executing the project in the work area of PT. Unilever Oleo Chemical Indonesia
Special Economic Zone Sei Mangke – Simalungun, especially in the Marvel II project. Which aims
to assess the work in terms of SHE, Quality, Quantity, and Efficiency of working time, so that the
work method used can be concluded whether this work is feasible or not to be carried out.

b. Tujuan / Objective
 Memastikan bahwa segala kemungkinan potensi bahaya dan resiko yang ada
dalam pekerjaan ini telah teridentifikasi dan dapat dikendalikan dengan baik.
Ensure that all potential hazards and risks in this work have been identified and can be
properly controlled.
 Menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kwalitas dan waktu yang direncanakan.
Completing work in accordance with the quality and time planned.

c. Implementasi SHE / SHE Impementation

 Setiap personel yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini telah melalui system penyaringan
individu dari mulai kesehatan (MCU), tindak kriminal (SKCK), dan telah melakukan
Vaksinasi Cov-19.
Every personnel involved in this activity has gone through an individual screening system
starting from health (MCU), crime (SKCK), and has carried out the Cov-19 vaccination.

 Untuk mencegah kondisi dan prilaku tidak aman di tempat kerja, seluruh
personeel telah melakukan safety induction yang dibimbing oleh SHE PMC.
To prevent unsafe conditions and behavior in the workplace, all personnel have conducted
safety induction under the guidance of SHE PMC.

 Untuk memasuki area, seluruh personel yang terlibat telah melengkapi

administrasi sehingga diberikan ID card sebagai akses keluar masuk site.
To enter the area, all personnel involved have completed the administration so that an ID
card is given as access to and from the site.

 Untuk kelengkapan personel, PT. Siemens Indonesia menyediakan PPE sesuai

standart project marvel II PT.UOI
For personnel completeness, PT. Siemens Indonesia provides PPE according to the PT.UOI
marvel II project

 Setiap unit pengangkut yang akan memasuki area project marvel II harus
dilakukan pemeriksaan sesuai standart project marvel II PT.UOI
Each transport unit that will enter the Marvel II project area must be inspected according to
the PT.UOI Marvel II project standard

 Setiap alat berat yang digunakan untuk kegiatan loading-unloading material harus
melengkapi dokumen yang valid dan dilakukan inspeksi seusai standart project
marvel II
Every heavy equipment used for material loading-unloading activities must complete valid
documents and be inspected after the marvel II project standard

b. Assesment Area Kerja / Work Area Assessment

Ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses pembangunan Site Office di area Workshop
Kontraktor Project Marvel II diantaranya adalah :

There are several things that must be considered in the Site Office construction process in the Marvel II Project Contractor
Workshop area, including :

 Kondisi tanah di area kerja tidak begitu padat sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan truk terbenam

Land condition is flabby and potential couses the track fell

 Kondisi akses kendaraan merupakan akses utama yang digunakan oleh PT. Maju Bersama untuk
mobilisasi material yang akan dan telah difabrikasi sehingga harus berkoordinasi lebih lanjut perihal
rencana waktu kerja unloading material.

Vehicle access conditions are the main access used by PT. Maju Bersama for the mobilization of materials that will
be and have been fabricated so that they must coordinate further regarding the plan of working time for unloading
materials.

 Material rool terbuat dari kayu yang rentan akan cuaca, sehingga harus menyediakan terpal untuk
penutup material

Rool material is made of wood that is prone to weather, so it must provide tarpaulin for material cover

3. WORK METODE STATEMENT

a. Persiapan Personel dan Alat / Personnel and Equipment Preparation
 Melakukan pengajuan working metode.
Submitting a working method.
 Melakukan meeting koordinasi membahas metode kerja yang akan dilakukan.
Conduct a coordination meeting to discuss the work method to be carried out.
 Melakuan pengajuan scadule pekerjaan dan rencana alat yang digunakan.
Submitting a work schedule and plans for the tools to be used.
 Melakukan pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumen alat dan operator.
Checking the completeness of equipment and operator documents.
 Melakukan pemeriksaan forklift dan truk pengangkut.
Inspect forklifts and haul trucks
 Regitrasi hasil inspeksi dan kelengkpan dokumen pengngangkut ke pos security PT. UOI.
Registration of inspection results and completeness of transportation documents to the security post of PT. UOI
 Memandu truk angkutan menuju lokasi unloading.
Guide the transport truck to the unloading location.

b. Unloading Cable
 Parkir truk pengangkut pada posisi yang telah ditentukan.
Park the transport truck at the designated position.
 Melakukan pemeriksaan rem parker dan memastikan roda truk telah terganjal dengan baik.
Inspect the parking brake and ensure that the truck wheels are properly wedged.
 Barikade area unloading material, berikan rambu-rambu.
Barricade the material unloading area, provide signs.
 Membuka container / pintu box truk pengangkut dengan posisi pintu terikat dengan pengikat
untuk menghindari potensi jatuh material saat pintu dibuka.
Opening the container / box door of the transport truck with the door tied with a fastener to avoid the potential
for material falling when the door is opened.
 Masukkan webing sling ke dalam lubang drum roll kabel untuk pengangkatan metode basket lift.
Put on webing sling in to center hole of cable drum for lifting with Basket Hitch lift metode.
 Melakukan pengikatan material panel dengan matode pengikatan basket hict lift menggunakan 3 pcs webing
sling
Rigging the material using Basket Hitch Lift metode with 3 webing sling WLL 5 ton/6 meters.

 Menggantung material setinggi 10 cm dari permukaan lantai truk untuk menimbang dan mengecek kekuatan
lifting giar dan crane.
Load test aroung 10 cm high from platform of truck to check lifting gear and crane capacity
 Setelah stabil angkat material dari truk pengangkut ke lay down area yang telah disiapkkan.
Afther stable, move material to the lay down area
 Buka webing pengikat material.
Open the material fastening weld.
 Pasang barikade dan rambu-rambu penumpukan material.
Put barricades and signs of material storage.
 Tutup kembali pintu truk pengangkut.
Close the transport truck door again.
 Bersihkan area.
Clean the area
