Work Order for 10in & 16in CO TL (OGM003-CPF1) - Section of lines exposed - 3

Job1- 10in & 16in CO TL (OGM003-CPF1) exposed 50m away from WIBS3
Repair method:
 Install/ welding 20” casing pipe (length 2.5m) to protect 16” CO line – new casing to be welded
with existed casing
 Cut and remove existed 12” casing pipe from 10” CO line
 Install/ welding 16” casing pipe (length 5.5m) to protect 10” CO line
 Casing pipe material: ASTM A106 Gr. B SCH 20.
 Pipe spacer to be installed between (10” pipe and 16” casing pipe) and (16” pipe and 20”
casing pipe)
 All ends of the casing pipes to be sealed- sealed material to be approved by PCH-Corrosion

 Install/ welding 20” casing pipe (length 3.5m) to protect 16” CO line – new casing to be welded
with existed casing
 Cut and remove existed 12” casing pipe from 10” CO line.
 Install/ welding 16” casing pipe (length 8m) to protect 10” CO line.
 Casing pipe material: ASTM A106 Gr. B SCH 20.
 Pipe spacer to be installed between (10” pipe and 16” casing pipe) and (16” pipe and 20”
casing pipe)
 All ends of the casing pipes to be sealed- sealed material to be approved by PCH-Corrosion

casing pipe)
 All ends of the casing pipes to be sealed- sealed material to be approved by PCH-Corrosion
