It has come to our attention that requests from clients are not being handled as efficiently as
they should. Remember that we depend on our clients’ business and they must be able to
contact our consultant at all times and if not, leave a message so that they can be contacted.
The following procedures should be followed in order to ensure that all requests are handled
expeditiously.
1. Find out the reason for the call – personal or business.
2. If a Design Consultant is not available to make a call, transfer all inquiries to Jean Friday
or Gloria Singh, our new Customer Services Representative.
3. The CSR must obtain as much as possible and make an appointment for the caller to see a
Design Consultant.
