CHAPTER I

Introduction

Nursing is one of the most physically and emotionally demanding professions. Long working

hours where you are expected to be on your feet for the majority of your shift are undoubtedly taxing

on your body. And your legs are the most affected! They put up with pain, swelling, soreness, sweat,

and anything else you can throw at them to keep you on your feet all day. SatisFeet stockings can

also help with ankle and leg pain and swelling. SatisFeet stockings apply pressure to your legs and

ankles, which helps blood flow up toward the heart and prevents blood from refluxing downward to the

foot or laterally into superficial veins.

Satisfeet stockings are designed to address a variety of issues that nurses face. Standing for

an extended period can cause fluid buildup, causing pain and inflammation in many people. Gravity

begins to work against you, pooling blood in your lower legs and causing circulation issues. This leads

to leg problems and drained-out energy at the end of your shift.

But Satisfeet stockings can prove to be your best care partner during long hours of standing!

Enterprise name

We chose "SatisFeet" as name of our business because it will satisfy our feet especially for

those people working for long span of time. SatisFeet stockings are already great for your feet,

especially when you have to work on your feet all day long. Our SatisFeet Stockings are particularly

ideal for nurses due to the presence of heel gel! Heel gel stocking is great because it protects heel

bone from extreme pressure, fatigue and strain and prevent thickening of heel skin. They keep heel

safe from blisters, chipped skin, corn and cracked feet.

Enterprise logo

As for our logo, we settled on a heart-shaped design, a nursing cap, and the founding item of

our company, which is footwear. The nursing cap signifies that this product is exclusively made for

nurses, and the heart-shaped symbol denotes that it is made for the care of our feet, especially since

it is used to support our mobility. A special stocking called Satisfeet was developed to address several

nursing-related problems. When standing for extended periods of time, Satisfeet stockings can be

your finest care partner.

Mission

Our mission is to create the world's best stockings and to offer high quality stockings for young adults

and build a strong emotional relationship with the customers by offering premium prices and to stand

behind them unconditionally.

Vision

Our vision is to build a cutting-edge, effective business that will dominate the global market by

continuously improving the caliber and variety of its offerings.

Page | 4
Long-term

The long-term objective of Satisfeet Enterprises is to expand the business operations and income.

Satisfeet Enterprises expanded three branches nationwide. As a result, three additional branches will

be able to grow easier. Also, a 25% increase in our present selling space will result in higher

production. This will enable us to conserve money for our planned nationwide expansion to three

branches. By increasing operations, revenue, and output will result in a larger clientele, so opening

more locations may not be such a bad idea after all. The branches should be established during the

following five years.

Short term

The short-term objective of Satisfeet Enterprises is to boost earnings by setting up a profile on

a social media platform. Our Business will reduce spending while increasing revenue. Operational

expenditures will be decreased by moving to a more cost-effective location that will result in a 7% rent

reduction. By signing up 5 additional potential customers, we will improve sales over the following 3

months. We will strengthen our existing client ties and advertise the company online, in person, and

through social media. This will assist us in generating more leads, which will boost business revenue.

Shifting to a less expensive location will lower our Business operating expenses and open the door for

increased profits. We will have increased our business profit by the end of the coming five months.

History product

Have you ever glanced at your stockings and wondered how ladies survived throughout

history without them? It's tough to believe, but the delays we see today are a relatively recent

development. Stockings, often known as hosiery, have a royally long history. Stockings, like culture

and popular fashion, have evolved over time and are still worn in the nursing field as well as the part

of the fashion industry.

Mode of financing

This business will be financed through internal funding. The sources of internal financing will come

from personal funds. This was the chosen mode of financing in selling an innovative version of white

stockings to nurses because it allows one to have control over the business. One can allocate their

funds depending on how they want to market their product or how they want to make the business

grow. This method also does not incur debt and neither does it allow one to pay money through a

third party, cementing the choice of the group to start up a business through this method.

CHAPTER II: MARKETING ASPECT

Target Market

A target market is a group of customers within a business's serviceable available market to

whom marketing efforts and resources are directed. A target market is a subset of a product's or

service's total market. It is also a specific group of customers to whom a product or service is

marketed. Our target market in this group are nurses and nursing students who require high-quality

stockings for their duties. We build our Satisfeet Enterprises in areas where students can easily

access passes while walking down the street, particularly near clinics, hospitals, and, of course, lots

of people.

Page | 9
Product Strategy

Our strategy involves selling the stockings with a retail price. Since our company does not have

a physical store, but only a storage area where we package and deploy our products for delivery, our

team chose to sell our stockings individually and through online means.

Pricing Strategy

We ensure that our stockings are very different in other businesses when it comes to pricing

but ensure the quality care and services that we offer. Since the customers are always looking for the

best value for their money, transparency and communicating clearly about our stocking’s prices will

be done. Displaying our prices is one of the best ways to communicate customers and increase

customers' confidence.

Promotion Strategy

We will distribute flyers and post information online so that people may see what our business has to

offer to promote our product. Additionally, we'll construct a signage in front of our shop to draw

customers' notice as they pass by.

Place Strategy

We construct our Satisfeet Enterprises in locations where customers can readily get our

product and pass by while walking along the street. We also develop our business next to nursing

schools so that nursing students can conveniently access our product.

CHAPTER III: MANAGEMENT ASPECT

Form of Ownership

Our business concept, Satisfeet Enterprises, is a sole proprietorship owned business which is
composed of only one owner. The business's owner has total control over every part of it. A sole
proprietorship is viewed as an extension of the owner rather than a distinct legal organization.

It's simple to start a sole proprietorship. We don't need to register as a business because the
business uses your personal tax code. Due to the fact that all income generated by the business is
considered as personal income, sole proprietorship taxes are simple. This implies that the owner is
responsible if the company experiences financial difficulties like debt or insolvency. If a claim is filed
against the company, such as for poor performance or malpractice, the owner's personal assets may
also be at danger.

CHAPTER IV: TECHNICAL ASPECT

Materials Used

White Stockings- is commonly used for constructing stockings, especially pantyhose. Nylon tends to
be uncomfortable and cause scratches on the skin.
Gel Heel Pad- Socks is an ultra lightweight heel pad that provides compression that helps to alleviate
pain due to fallen arches and it absorbs shock from heel strike.

Product Development Process

Figure 4.1
The idea of this product started when we, nursing students, tend to have trouble doing our
nursing duties due to discomfort and pain from standing too long in our assigned areas. It limits our
productivity and jeopardizes the care we give to our patients. Satisfeet stockings, which are made
with heel gel pads, targets this problem, hence making stocking not only a form of uniform, but also a
necessity for comfort in the nursing industry. As of this moment the prototype’s design is still
underway, thus the testing and validation of the product and the commercializing aspect is still not
achieved by the team.

Procurement Process

Figure 4.2

Selling Process

Page | 18
Figure 4.3

The company of Satisfeet Enterprises searches for prospects who can afford our business and
that is the nursing students who can get our affordable price in our product. Because of their
stockings, many nursing students struggle; they break out in rashes and their stockings easily rip. Due
to this, Satisfeet Enterprises developed the concept of producing high-quality, resilient, and
comfortable stockings for nursing students.

For the preparation, we already had all of our data prepared, including product descriptions,
costs, payment methods, rival rates, and dates for particular transactions. Also, we practice some
potential consumer queries and how to respond to them.

For this approach, our product would be going to market the brand through Facebook,
Instagram, poster and also we will have our leaflets to promote our product. This would entice the
people to give a visit to our physical store. If they visit our store we will make personal connections to
establish rapport and gain the trust of our consumer to our product.

For the presentation, For our product, we create a video presentation and a product
demonstration. We'll demonstrate how our product can best satisfy the demands and desires of our
customers. The amenities, facilities, and staff that would be a part of the presentation and
demonstration would also be shown here.

For handling objections, we make sure to conduct adequate research and preparation so that
we will have all the knowledge necessary to dispel our customers' concerns. We can better recognize
and comprehend the objections of our customers if we pay attention to their worries and inquiries.

For the closing, It's time to close the transaction once we've convinced the customer that our
product meets their demands. But first, we'll ask the consumer if they fully understand the conditions
of the deal and if they want to go through and make the purchase. We make sure our client is aware
of the terms and restrictions, as well as any refund guidelines.
Page | 19
And lastly, for the follow up, we'll make sure our product meets the needs of our customers.
We'll be phoning our customers or sending a thank-you message via Facebook to inquire about their
experience using our product. We'll ask customers to rate our products and leave reviews on our
company's social media pages.
