1. Comprehensive technical reports (CTR) on the [ ]

outcome of the Two-Year Exploration Work Program
(ExWP) and Environmental Work Program (EWP),
signed by a licensed Mining Engineer or Geologist and
an Environmental Officer [ ]

2. Audited Financial Statement for the preceding year [ ]

duly certified by the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC)

3. Two-Year Exploration Work Program (ExWP) (MGB

Form No. 5-4), duly prepared, signed and sealed by a [ ]
licensed Mining Engineer or Geologist

4. Two-Year Environmental Work Program (EWP)

(MGB Form 16-1 or 16-1A), duly prepared, signed and [ ]
sealed by a licensed Mining Engineer or Geologist

5. Certification of the Regional Office concerned as to

the compliance with the terms and conditions of the
Mineral Agreement during the Exploration Period [ ]

6. Performance surety equivalent to the expenditure

requirement of the Exploration and Environmental Work
Program (requirement for the renewal of Exploration
Period that exceeded the term of 8 years for metallic
commodities)
