The various risks identified are categorized as related to client, contractor,
consultant, material, labor, equipment, and external risks. They are further
evaluated by applying Failure Mode and Effect Analysis along with Fuzzy Logic for
Risk
computation of Risk Priority Number (RPN) to understand which risks are to be
addressed on a high priority basis.
Implementation team will be empowered to make decisions for the project. All
Decision Making
significant decisions or disputes will be brought to the Executive Sponsor.
