    With reference to the above matter, our Letter of Intent (LOI) dated 8 April 2019 and your
    acceptance of the said LOI dated 9 April 2019.

    2. Pursuant to the requirement under Clause 4 of the above LOI, we are pleased to
    inform that, the duration for you to obtain Sijil Guna Pakai (SGP) for the Goods has been
    extended until 8 May 2020.

    3. Subject only to the paragraph 2 above, all other terms and conditions shall remain
    the same as stipulated in the LOI.
