together and connected through a flexible coupling in order to avoid
dangerous torsion vibrations. The vibration calculations will be
made from LIAG.

The diesel engine and the alternator are mounted on a common- marine
bed frame, manufactured of electro welded steel profiles and also
mounted on vibration dampers, which are mounted between the set and
the bed frame.
Cooling System for the Set:

The heat exchanger includes a expansion tank. All mounting materials

and pipes between the engine and the heat exchanger are included and
fitted on the set.

The system is prepared for connection to the central cooling system

for the main engine. For that purpose the heat exchanger is mounted
for protection of fresh water in the engine, due to different types
of cooling water protection fluid. All technical data’s about the LT
cooling water circuit, you will find at the attached cooling water
diagram.
