IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (AIP) AND ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN (APP)

NARRATIVE:
Talisayan Elementary School conducted a conference participated
in by the School Planning Team to discuss issues regarding the crafting of the
Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) and Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for the
Fiscal Year 2022.
The School Head, Mrs. Leonida M. Toledo presented to the group
the school’s MOOE, its priority programs and projects based on the school’s
and learners’ needs. She also presented the school’s accomplishment with
regards to its priorities specifically in the school’s utilization of its MOOE.
The KRAs, planned outputs, resources needed and the other parts
of the templates were discussed.
The School Planning Team agreed on the revisions that should be
made and the enhancement needed to make the School’s AIP and APP
accurate, doable and functional to truly serve their purpose.
After thoroughly analyzing each entries, the team agreed to
continue with the printing of the crafted, checked and approved AIP and APP
for the Year 2022.
