Implementation

This district based training-workshop and upskilling shall be


conducted for three (3) days which will be facilitated by the key
stage 1 master teachers and division trained teachers in ELLN in
Albuera North District. This training – workshop will also be
participated by all key stage 1 teachers and school heads both
trained and untrained in Early Language, Literacy and Numeracy
Rationale in Albuera North District. As a whole, this training workshop is
designed to help teachers on the pedagogies and strategies in
teaching beginning reading and assess learner’s difficulties
using PHIL-IRI, EGRA, CRLA and Numeracy Test. This is in
preparation for the opening of classes for school year 2022 -
2023

At the end of the 3-day district-based training-workshop, the


participants are expected to:
a. Enhanced pedagogical knowledge, skills and
attitudes on early literacy and numeracy;
