Position – Human Resource Recruitment Manager

We are looking for smart and vibrant recruitment specialist for our RPO projects based in
Mumbai and Bangalore.

Location: Vidyavihar
Working Days - Mon to Sat (alternate Sat off)
Timing - 10:00am - 7:00 pm (Flexible Time)

Job Responsibility:
 End to End internal Recruitment
 Experience with all phases of recruitment life cycle, Such as; gathering requirements,
candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview etc.
 Experience in using Job boards such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn Recruiter Licence
 Experience in handling multiple clients/requirements at a same time in a fast paced
environment.
 Mentor recruiter how to use ATS portal.
 Responsible for Client interaction as well as active/passive candidate generation and
screening.
 Experience in making report daily, weekly and monthly reports.
 Client Management
 MIS
 Head Hunting through LinkedIn
 Market Mapping
Skills:
 Excellent in communication
 Go-getter

Must- Haves:
 Excellent Communication Skills
 Immediately available or should be available in 10 days
 Must have relevant experience into recruitment, head hunting through various job
portals
 Ready to work under pressure and should be ready to learning
