Good Morning everyone, and welcome to our senior managers' tour of the Quebec facilities. We are
honored to have you all here with us today, representing our operations from across Sika global.

I am Olivier Moraine, EHS coordinator for sika Canada. I have been with the organisation for the last
5 years. As we gather together, I want to emphasize two key themes that are central to our
company's values: health and safety, integrity and ethical conduct.

First and foremost, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities is of the
utmost importance to me. I cannot stress enough how vital it is that we all work together to ensure
that our operations run in the safest and most responsible manner possible.

Second, our Code of Conduct sets a clear expectation for all employees to act with honesty, integrity,
and responsibility at all times. This includes adhering to the highest ethical standards in our business
dealings, and making decisions that align with our values and the best interests of our company and
stakeholders.

We also prioritize compliance with the law and uphold high safety standards in all of our operations.
It is the responsibility of all employees to act in compliance with regulations, and to never
compromise on integrity in our work. We expect our operations to apply these high standards to all
aspects of our business, and to ensure that they are being upheld.

I know that each of our plants has its own unique challenges and opportunities, but by sharing best
practices and working together, we can continue to raise the bar for safety and good practices in our
industry.

I urge you all to take advantage of the opportunities this conference provides to learn from each
other and to share your own experiences. Together, we can continue to make our operations safer
and more responsible for everyone.

You will find in your safety bag some personal protective equipment (PPE). I have personally
instructed all your guides that, as usual, no one is exempt from wearing PPE. It is our responsibility
to make sure you are safe. So please wear your high visibility jacket, safety goggles and shoe covers
during the plant tour. When walking in the plant please stay in the pedestrian lines, respect, and
follow the signs. In case of any emergency at this location, please follow your guide’s instructions,
meet at the musters points and wait for instructions.

In closing, I want to thank each and every one of you for your dedication to health and safety,
integrity and for the vital role you play in the success of our company. Let's continue to work
