    This document shows graphs of thickness versus spin speed for two different concentrations of solutions used in spin coating. For a 10 mg/ml solution, thickness decreases from 60 nm to 10 nm as spin speed increases from 1000 RPM to 7000 RPM. For a 20 mg/ml solution, thickness decreases from 250 nm to 50 nm over the same range of spin speeds. Both graphs also show refractive index measurements over the range of spin speeds tested.
