1. Why did you choose teaching as your profession?

I chose teaching as a profession because I enjoy imparting knowledge to others. It's a

great feeling when you teach someone and they succeed in life; it's a proud moment for you.
Teachers play an important role in guiding students and learners. This excites me and cannot be
compared to other corporate jobs. Teaching is a weapon to bring about a change in society.
Today, society is in great need of education and dedicated teachers. Anytime, you can transform
anyone's life with this.

2. What qualities do you have that you think you are suited to be a teacher?

Everyone has the right to teach, and I enjoy teaching those who are eager to learn. I'm not
difficult to get along with, and I don’t give up easily. I am a happy person who is positive in all
aspects of life. I can also make others happy, especially when it comes to teaching children.

3. How do you teachers in the field cope up with new normal in school using blended
learning?

Learning in the new normal requires just as much, if not more, time and energy than
traditional classroom learning. To succeed in your online class, you must be organized and self-
motivated. It is not always easy, but it is doable. Blended learning provides students with the best
of both worlds: the personal interaction and attention of a classroom setting, as well as the
flexibility and convenience of learning online from home.
