The science club conducted a meeting led by the appointed club president, Karyl Quiamco, at
exactly 2:00 pm on the day of August 24, 2022, inside the classroom of Grade X-Socrates. It was
attended by 38 students from grade 7 to grade 12, with 2-4 members in each section.

Agreements:

⮚ The appointment of Karyl Quiamco as the president was unanimously approved by all
members of the science club. Krycza Tumabini was elected Vice-President with 38 votes without
an opponent. The secretary, Jedith Amor Yaun, got a total of 26 votes against Althea Vergas, who
only got 12. Althea Erich Vergas, the treasurer, received 20 votes against her opponent, Ace, who
only got 18 votes. Ace Gemenez got 20 votes as auditor against Julienne, who only got 18 votes.
Brent Uy got elected with 16 votes against Julienne, who got 10 votes, and Jewel, who got 12 votes.
And Jewel received 23 votes for the P.O against her opponent, who only got 15 votes. And so these
are the official Science Club officers:

Secretary: Jedith Amor Yaun

Treasurer: Althea Erich Vergas

Auditor: Ace Gemenez

⮚ For the second item on the agenda, brainstorming ideas for our community service, we
made our club members gather by grade level and let them think of the community service they
would want our club to perform. And this is what each grade level has chosen:

• Grade 7 agreed to do tree planting.

• Grade 8 agreed to do a clean-up drive.

• Grade 9 agreed to do a community garden.

• Grade 10 agreed to the recycling program.

• Grade 11 agreed to coastal clean-up.

• Grade 12 agreed to do a fundraising event.

⮚ For the third item on the agenda, all members have agreed to avail club t-shirts. Also,
everyone voted for the club t-shirt's color which is navy blue.

• T-shirt Color- Navy Blue

⮚ And lastly, for the last item on the agenda, we randomly pick members from each grade
level who are also very willing to participate in each game.
