In connection to this, we are asking for your permission to use the Ramon Magsaysay Gymnasium as the
venue of the said meeting on January 19, 2023 1:00 pm. Likewise, I would like to request the following SSG
Officers, Department Mayors, Club Presidents, and representatives from each section (names attached at the
back) to be excused from their classes. Please allow them to take quizzes and make up for the activities that
they will miss during the session.

The Occidental Mindoro State College will be conducting its Socialization Night which is scheduled to
happen at Sablayan Astrodome on February 03, 2023, 3 o’clock in the afternoon and will end at 12
midnight. This event aims to promote camaraderie and relationships among students of OMSC- Sablayan
Campus and to enhance their social skills. We are expecting a crowd of about 2,800.

In connection to this, we would like to request twenty (20) ROTC officers to assist and to ensure the
safety of everyone during the said event.

with the theme: “Reconnect: Celebrating Unity in Diverse Styles” which will be held on
February 03, 2023 at Sablayan Astrodome.

event. This would serve as an update to those who did not attend the OMSC Night. The article
