learned
Curiosity
In the online session's video, which I
watched, I learned about ten qualities
of successful entrepreneurs. To start
with, the video advises curious
entrepreneurs to challenge the status
quo and ask questions rather than
accept what they believe to be true in
order to find new opportunities.

Willingness to Experiment
Furthermore, as possibilities present
themselves, entrepreneurs must
decide if they are worth pursuing. This
calls for disciplined testing. They
accomplish this by carrying out in-
depth market research and putting
concepts through testing to
determine their viability.

Adaptability
The speaker added that
entrepreneurship is an iterative
process in terms of adaptation. Every
step brings new chances and
difficulties. Entrepreneurs must
assess the situation and modify as
necessary in order for their
businesses to continue operating in
the face of unforeseen
developments.

Decisiveness
The fourth quality I've learned is being
decisive. Entrepreneurs must also make
difficult decisions and stick to them, the
video speaker stated. Entrepreneurs are in
charge of managing all aspects of their firm,
including funding, strategy, and resource
allocation. Being decisive does not imply
knowing all the answers, but rather making
decisions with assurance and carrying them
through. If results are unfavorable, taking
corrective action is as crucial.

Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is the fifth quality I've
learned. Great entrepreneurs are
conscious of their advantages and
disadvantages. They create teams
that compliment their strengths
rather than allowing their
weaknesses to hold them back.
Because a venture's success is
frequently fueled by a team rather
than a single entrepreneur.

Risk Tolerance
Risk tolerance is the sixth quality I've
learned. The video asserts that
entrepreneurship entails risk. There
are several ways that things might
go wrong or right. The goal is to
control the trade-off between
reward and risk. Entrepreneurs need
to be able to handle a certain
amount of uncertainty.

7 COMFORT WITH FAILURE

According to the video I listened, over 75% of new firms fail. The causes are numerous and range
from poor business concepts to a lack of drive or concentration. Many of these hazards are
avoidable, but some are unavoidable. Entrepreneurs that are successful are comfortable and
prepared for failure. The prospect of achievement motivates people to move forward rather than
allowing fear to hold them back. Successful entrepreneurs don't give up easy despite being at
ease with failure.

8 PERSISTENCE
Instead, they view failures as chances to improve. Successful entrepreneurs are willing to learn
from their failures, keep asking questions, and persevere until they reach their objectives.

9 INNOVATIVE THINKING
Entrepreneurship and innovation frequently coexist. Some of the most prosperous businesses
have taken already-existing goods or services and significantly enhanced them to satisfy the
shifting demands of the market. Entrepreneurs that practice innovative thinking are better able
to see possibilities.

LONG-TERM FOCUS
Some mistakenly believe that entrepreneurship is about beginning a business. Although the first
phases of a business are crucial to its success, an entrepreneur's effort doesn't stop once the
enterprise is up and running. To maintain it and achieve long-term success, you need
commitment and tenacity.
