A. Learner’s Development

 Opening of classes under New Normal SY 2020-2021 (October 5, 2020)

 Held first-hand virtual meeting with parents and pupils of Kindergarten- C
 Discussed the class schedules for pupils under the Alternative Distance Learning
Program of the DepEd’s Learning Continuity Plan (LCP)
 Allowed pupils to work independently on their modules and learning activity sheets with
parents and guardian’s supervision.
 Administered Reading evaluation for coming Grade One pupils virtually and printed
materials for modular modality..
B. Teacher Development

 Updated Teacher’s records and portfolios such as Development Plan(DP), Self-

Assessment Test(SAT), Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form
(IPCRF),and 201 Files
 Welcomed the School Year with the new DepEd policies under new normal
 Followed the Alternative Working Arrangement for teachers
 Observed health protocols at all time

C. Curriculum Development

 Prepared Weekly Home Learning Plan

 Printed, assorted learning materials (modules, learning activity sheets,
etc.) for distribution.
 Used appropriate learning activities for pupils under new normal
 (Purchased/accepted donations/accepted school assistance) printers,
bond paper, printer ink, and other related materials needed for the
reproduction of LMs
D. Facilities

 Arranged and rearranged school facilities and classroom set – ups appropriate for
Distance Learning

E. Networking

 Held virtual meeting with the parents/guardians.

 Discussed to parents the new DepEd policies and guidelines under new normal for
Distance Learning Continuity Plan
 Made an agreement concerning to pupil’s education; inviting parents and guardians to
work hand in hand for the betterment of their children as we face challenges dealing this
new normal way of education.
