Dear ALEXANDER MWANGANGI,

We are pleased to offer you a housekeeping vacancy here at MASII MEDICAL CENTER.

Date of joining: 26TH AUG 2022.

JOB TITLE: HOUSEKEEPING.

Salary: KSH.10, 000.00

JOB LOCATION: MASII MEDICAL CENTRE.

WORKING DAYS: MONDAY-SUNDAY

PROBATION PERIOD:

During the first three months, you shall be under probation in which employment may be terminated by
either party giving a one week’s notice. The contract might be renewed by the employer but with the
consent of the employee.

LEAVE AND OFFDAY POLICY:

OFFDAY: The employee is entitled to one day off in a week as shall be indicated in the duty Rota. In case
the employee is requested to work on the supposed day off, he/she will be entitled to an extra day off or
claim payment for the same to compensate for the extra day.

SICK LEAVE: a sick leave will only for ten days and should be with a prescription from a physician. The
employee must fill a sick leave sheet. Any additional days shall be discussed and reviewed by the
management.
TERMINATION:

Either party shall be entitled to terminate the contract with a one month’s notice or a one month pay in
lieu of notice. The employment may be terminated without notice because of gross misconduct or any
other lawful reason.

MEDICAL COVER

The employee and the nuclear family shall be entitled to receive free treatment by the employer. You
are required to select MASII MEDICAL CENTRE as your preferred NHIF facility.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This being a medical Centre, you might be required to work long and unpredictable hours including night
shifts and in different settings. There is exposure to traumatic situations.
