4. B METHODOLOGY OF PERFORMING THE SERVICE

Methodology Overview

With the great objective in mind of completing the work in a timely, cost effective fashion accordance with the
approved contract DELIVERY SCHEDULE, the CCTV project require clearly defined outcomes and a plan of
how to arrive at the desired outcome. We have equipped our TEAM with a powerful set of tools that will
ensure all the key questions are asked when developing the system blue print. Our project management is
overseen and directed by an affiliate key PROJECT Coordinator who has a wealth of experience in IT project
management, DATA migration and Business Process Mapping.

At all times during the Implementation period, all works will be carried out in accordance with CITY OF
MUTARE, MACROSAVE PROJECT TEAM and legislative procedures according to the project plan and
time schedule finalized in the internal kick off meeting.

The diagram below summarizes the key phases and steps that will be followed by our consultants’/ project
team in the implementation of CCTV SYSTEM products when contracted to do so. Task specific method
statements (statement of work) in much more detail will be submitted to the Project Manager of CITY OF
HARARE for comments and or approval after conducting internal kick-off meeting.
