There is an explicit halacha in Shulchan Aruch pertaining to pesukim shouted aloud and ending with the recounting of
children and the reading of the Megillah (Orach Chaim, 689:6): Purim miracles and imparting of Yirat Elokim to our children.
:ִמנְ הָ ג טוֹב לְ הָ ִביא ְקטַ ִּנים ו ְּקטַ ּנוֹת לִ ׁ ְשמֹעַ ִמ ְק ָרא ְמגִ לּ ָה The Rama 4 says (Orach Chayim 690):
