体检注意事项

Instructions for Physical Examination

你需要 You should:

1. 空腹。体检当天 00：00 以后不要进食。
1. Be on an empty stomach. DO NOT eat or drink anything from 00:00 a.m. that
morning.

2. 在上午 8 点半---10 点之间到达体检中心。

2.Arrive at the physical examination center between 8. 30 AM and 10 AM.

3. 带好 You need to bring

1 护照原件，Original passport,
2 学校法人证书， The university document,
3 3 张 2 寸白底照片，three 2-inch white-background photos,
4 72 小时核酸检测报告，nucleic acid testing report (within 72 hours)
5 480 元钱（如果需要在体检中心拍照片则需多带 20 元），
480 RMB ( and extra 20 RMB for taking the photo at the physical examination center)
6 你之前的体检报告。
Your previous report of physical examination.

4. 体检报告是签证办理的必要条件。体检后一般需要 4-5 天出具体检报告结果，请

合理安排好时间及时体检和领取报告，不要影响签证办理。
Physical examination report is necessary to you visa extension. Usually it takes 4-5 days
to get the physical examination report. Well arrange your physical examination, and get
the report timely.
